Our Commitment to You

We want your wedding day to feel joyful, seamless, and uniquely yours. To ensure everything runs smoothly - and to remain in good standing with our neighbors and the City of Orange - we have a few thoughtful guidelines in place. Within these parameters, we’re here to help bring your vision to life.

Venue Access & Timing

  • Private use of the property — you are the only event on-site that day

  • Access begins at 11:00am for vendors and setup

  • Receptions include 5 hours of event time

  • Ceremony + Reception includes 6 hours of event time + 1-hour rehearsal

  • All events conclude by 9:00pm (guest departure by 9:30pm)

  • Additional bridal suite time: $100/hour

  • Generous rental window for setup and teardown

Capacity & Included Rentals

  • Accommodates up to 150 guests

  • Classic white resin event chairs

  • 60” round tables - seats 8-10 people each

  • Spacious Bridal Suite for the day

  • Wheelchair-accessible ceremony and reception areas

Music & Entertainment

  • Amplified music permitted until 9:00pm

  • DJs must come from our recommended list or sign a sound agreement

  • DJs provide their own equipment (may not plug into house system)

  • Announcements should remain polished and professional in tone

  • Acoustic or small two-piece live music welcome

  • Larger or heavily amplified bands are not permitted

Alcohol Service

  • Champagne, beer, and wine permitted

  • Licensed bartender required

  • In-house bartender available for an additional fee

  • Full bar service available through our preferred vendor

Parking & Guest Arrival

  • Street parking for smaller events of up to 50 people

  • For 50+ guests, offsite parking lot with shuttle service included

  • Parking map provided for invitations

Planning & Support

  • On-site venue coordinator dedicated to your experience

  • Pre-wedding planning consultation

  • Rehearsal coordination

  • Professional, timely communication throughout planning

Booking & Payments

  • Deposit required to reserve your date (based on guest count)

  • Final balance and final guest count due 30 days prior

  • If cancellation occurs, 80% of deposit may be applied to a new date within 12 months (subject to availability and new contract)

Property Map

The venue is available to setup however you wish, but as an example setup, we have mapped out a sample layout based on 150 people with 10 people at each 60” round. This setup has been used by hundreds of couples over the years.
