House policies

We want your wedding day to feel joyful, seamless, and uniquely yours. To make sure everything runs smoothly (and to keep our neighbors and the City of Orange happy!), we have a few guidelines in place. Within these parameters, we’re here to be as flexible as possible and help you bring your vision to life.

Event Timing

  • Events may begin as early as 11am (with access to the bridal suite) and must end by 9pm. Additional bridal suite time can be added for $100/hr

  • Amplified music is permitted until 9pm, with guest departure by 9:30pm.

Music & Entertainment

  • You’re welcome to bring in a DJ from our recommended vendors list. If you’d like to use someone not on our list, they’ll just need to sign a quick agreement acknowledging our sound rules.

  • DJs must provide their own equipment and cannot plug into our system. We do ask that DJs keep announcements simple—think smooth, not hype-man style.

  • Live music is welcome too, as long as it’s an acoustic group or a small two-piece band. Larger groups or highly amplified performances aren’t permitted.

Alcohol Service

  • Champagne, beer, and wine may be served, a licensed bartender must be used. We can provide our in-house bartender for an additional fee, or you can hire our preferred bartender The Bar Caterer if you want a full bar.

Parking & Guest Arrival

  • For events with 50+ guests, we provide an offsite parking lot and shuttle service. A map for your invitations will be supplied so guests know exactly where to go.

Booking & Payments

  • A deposit (based on event size) is required to reserve your date.

  • Final balance and guest count are due 30 days before your celebration.

  • In the event of a cancellation, 80% of your deposit may be applied toward a future booking within 12 months (subject to availability) with a new contract.

Capacity

  • The venue can comfortably host up to 150 guests.
